The Space
Inside, you’ll find a spacious one-bedroom suite that balances comfort and flexibility for families, couples, and small groups. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, snacks, or a relaxed breakfast before heading out for the day.

When it’s time to recharge, the private bedroom features a queen-size bed, while additional sleeping space includes a separate Murphy bed and a sofa bed in the oceanfront living area comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Two full bathrooms add extra convenience, including one with a jacuzzi tub for a more relaxing end to your day.

Step onto your private balcony and take in sweeping Atlantic Ocean views. Start your morning with coffee above the shoreline or wind down in the evening with the sound of the waves and ocean breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to Boardwalk Resort indoor/outdoor pool area. There is 1 parking space per suite.

Boardwalk Resort is located within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and more.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.
