The Space:
Spacious, modern, and easy to settle into- this 3bedroom, 2bath suite is set up for a smooth stay. It features all-new furniture, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer, and a polished granite kitchen. There’s room for up to 8 guests without feeling tight, and the large windows keep the oceanfront view in sight. Located on the 4th floor, you can park and walk straight in. No elevator needed.

Set right on the beach, you’re only steps from the sand whenever you feel like heading out. The resort includes indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and direct beachfront access, making it easy to switch between relaxing and getting out in the water. It’s a simple, comfortable setup for anyone wanting a true oceanfront stay.

Beyond the beach, you’re close to a wide mix of spots- parks, entertainment, shopping, restaurants, theaters, golf courses, tennis courts, bowling, and more. Whether you’re planning things out or just exploring as you go, there’s plenty nearby to keep your stay full.

Guest Access:
Guests will not have access to some commercial facilities within Grand Cayman Resort. This includes: The Tiki Bar, Turtle Bay Café, Due South Restaurant & Bar, Gift shop, Fitness Room, Laundry Facility and Front Desk Services

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors.

All-access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you with anything.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.
