The Space:

Our suite is the perfect choice, designed to cater to your comfort and enjoyment. With a fully equipped kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops, you'll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals or snacks during your stay. Plus, with two beds in the bedroom and a convenient Murphy bed in the living room, there's plenty of space to accommodate up to six guests, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest after a day of adventure.

Conveniently located at 1501 S Ocean Blvd, the Landmark Resort is your gateway to endless fun and relaxation. With a multitude of indoor and outdoor pools at your disposal, you'll never run out of ways to cool off and have a splashing good time. From lazy rivers to thrilling water slides, there's something for everyone to enjoy. And don't forget about the special kids' pool area, ensuring that the little ones have just as much fun as the adults.

While you're here, be sure to take advantage of all the pool amenities located in the main Landmark Resort building. Just keep in mind that the pools across Ocean Blvd, near the garage building, are owned by a third-party company and are not part of the resort.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main Landmark building, along with the fitness center.
Water area across the street from the building is not part of the resort, but owned by a third party company, therefore not accessible to our guests. Guests do not have access to restaurants/snack bars/Starbucks/game room/laundry room.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
